Rebate Program Qualification

Qualification for receiving a rebate:

To qualify for our rebate program, you must first have a signed service agreement. You must agree to certify that only UCO will be placed into our bin. The minimum volume requirement of UCO listed below must be met each period. You must prevent trash and other contaminants from entering the recycling bin. The amount of water or food waste (known as MIU) must not exceed the maximum allowed limit listed in section 6 below. The market value of the oil must be above the rebate floor limit. Additionally, your account with us for any other service must be current and not delinquent.

The Market

The Market rate is defined by a third-party index named the Jacobsen Group. The Service provider will access the market rate value from Jacobsen or similar for the region listed. The market rate makes assumptions and is designed for rendering plants, not consumers, and assumes the product is fully rendered and delivered to the final buyer. Those costs must be subtracted from the refined market rate to come to the Crude rate. Rates are subject to change.
